I would try netting her and then confining her to a small area (maybe a small cage) for a few days so you can treat her. Good luck! Let me know how you make out.
Thank you. I should be getting the Eprinex in a few days and will apply it the way you've recommended. I'm getting more chickens within the next week or two. They're young and are about to lay. I appreciate all of your good advice.
Thanks, again, for your help. I'm going to purchase that now.
One of my chickens, not the one whose toe fell off, died today. They seemed to be doing well. I sure hope that I didn't do anything to make her die. So sad.
Hatchaholic,
I wasn't able to purchase the Eprinex. There isn't a local TSC to where I live and when I attempted to purchase it online, they said that it can only be purchased in the store. I tried to purchase it elsewhere and they required a RX prescription.

Thank you, everyone! I appreciate you're help! I'm sure I will have many more questions. I adopted 3 chickens from a poultry farm about 2-3 months ago. They're golden comets. Two were already laying and the other was the one that just started laying. The 4th was given to me about 2 months ago...
