    Lizzy733, thank you for this! I am a 100% believer in DE because it kills soft bodied insects, including mites and lice. DE looks like shards of glass under a microscope and it cuts them to death. But yes, the animal has to be completely dry.

    Also, my ducks have chosen a dog igloo to nest in. Can I encourage a second nest in the same roomy igloo so they both can lay and be near each other by dividing the eggs. They are very attached to each other.
