My name is Cassie. I'm 29 years old and I live in a rural area surrounded by farms in southwestern PA. I've always been an animal lover and envious of all the farms around me. I have always wanted chickens and finally made the jump in the spring of 2018. I work as a full time emergency room nurse, and the chickens have turned into my hobby.

Why do you want to join our community?
I'm a newer backyard chicken owner. I have 3 buff orpingtons, 3 speckled sussex, 3 golden laced wyandottes and 2 americaunas. I plan on using this forum to keep my chickens healthy and learn as much as possible about raising them!
