first time raising cornish x
We butchered our very first batch of Cornish X last weekend. I finally cooked one last night - spatchcocked, rubed with olive oil and seasoning, and oh my gawd! Found rabbit in the middle of then road! Possible emergency.
Thanks, that is actually exactly what we did. He got checked out and is completely healthy, other than being dehydrated. And I have good news!
