    OK, I think it was just "pasting up". We removed the dry poop and it released regular wet poo. It is now more active but it keeps dosing off (understandably, though...there was a lot of ruckus until 11pm last night).     I got it from a friend because the mother hen rejected it. I kept it in a cardboard box with some towels inside. No brooder light, and I would say it is less than a week old. It is struggling to breath now.
