    Where do you all get your chickens?

    Some stores will get chicks in sometime between now and October; and even if your store doesn't get any, you might be able to order through their supplier in October.

    My Great Pyrenees usually bark away any would be predators, but we had to chain them up because they were playing on 25e.

    Yup, we had eight roosters, and the eldest wasn't very fond of me. I got injured by his spurs a number of times, but I don't blame him, he saw me as a threat and reacted accordingly.
