I had really bad flies and here is what worked for me. Fly bags are great but remember they are an attractant and have to be paced to draw the flies away from your coops otherwise you end up with all the flies in the neighborhood. They get expensive too and really gross when the flies inside...

I used marine epoxy after having the same problem. My nippled are on the bottoms of big plastic container so if one goes bad I jusy plug it amd putin another. Don't know about pvc pipe.
Fetal cats, racoon and hawks arr a problem here. My two coops for chicken are secure but I am not sure I can hide another big enough for Guinea, how is the noise of four of them.
By far, the best of my 3 bators is the r-com. Brinea mini is so so, Jano is better and holds more. When I recently got too many quail eggs I piled em in, will see if they hatch!
