Hey everyone! This is bubbles my 11 week old EE. They look nothing like our other EE roos of the same age that are crowing 🤷‍♀️ could this baby be a pullet?

This sweet baby has me STUMPED. Just the weirdest chicken that almost never sits still 🤣 (hence the pictures). They are an easter egger I believe, roughly 9-10 weeks old. Good size and color comb, some irradescent feathers, but everything 3lse is screaming hen to me. Any input is appreciated...
