    I have a baby silkie I just hatched from a previous who was attacked and pasted on while out of town, ironically for a funeral. My question is I have another silkie hen who is sitting on four eggs in the coop. My question is could I put them all together in a brooder, so my chick is not alone...

    I just hit day 21 and woke up to one beautiful silkie. I still have five more eggs. How long would you recommend waiting to remove this little one without shrink wrapping the remaining five? I was shocked that I even had one hatch as this is my first time and it was unscheduled. Long story
