    Coop Vs. Tractor?Newbie in a predator prone area

    I'm new to all of this and I was wondering whether a coop or a tractor would be better to keep my chickens in?I live in an area with a lot of predators,so I am afraid that a tractor would be too easy for predators to acess.Does anyone have some input for this?

    I believe that Milton Township has no particular objection to backyard chickens as long as you have the appropriate amount of space for them to roam. I know that unincorporated Glen Ellyn (near wheaton) allows chickens.
