I'm really hoping at least one of the yellowish ones in the background of the picture is a ISA brown! I have one that is about 5 weeks old and it is the sweetest thing! It is the only one so far that isn't scared of me anymore and will run to me when I come outside.
All of my chickens are 3 months or less so I still have them all on chick starter. Do you know any tricks to isolate them during feeding time or is it best to change them all over for his sake?
As you can see, Gordo is quite bigger than his brother chick. I didn't know that Cornish broilers got so big when I initially bought this one but now I feel so bad. He gets so tired he can't walk and sits down often and has hair loss on his bottom. Is there anything I can do to help the guy lose...
Adding birds isn't a problem for me yet because none of mine are mature lol this is a recently new hobby! But I have 1 still and if everything goes well with him I'll consider getting more
Im thinking 1 is a boy and the other 2 are girls because the skin on ones neck is turning bright red. I don't know if that holds true though, chickens and turkeys are my newest hobby so I'm learning as I go lol
