We've had our girls and 1 rooster since day one.they are probably 8-9 months old. I've never had any problems with my rooster. He's attacked my 4 yr old once but cause my son was scared of him,but never has he attacked me. About 3 weeks ago he was injured and I kept him separated but with the...

Help my Roo "Doodle" limping on one leg

So we noticed a couple months ago our rooster was limping just a little bit, like you really had to watch to notice it. So I gave him a epsom salt bath and it seemed to help him, until a bout a month ago, we noticed he was still limping, but noticeable at this point. When he's on the roost he has...

Before I bought a half ton I asked the supplier if other people had used it for...

Thank you so much. The experiment was very interesting. I think we are going to start with standard 2 inch flat and adjust if we need to and hold off on the wrapping until we see how they do.

    👋 Hello

Photos of progress have been added. Not sure on tikes dimensions, but coop and run total 104 Sq ft. The coup sits on a platform, so we wouldn't lose the space underneath the coup. And the nesting boxes will be placed next to the coup with access from the coup instead of attaching it to one of...

    👋 Hello

No, we have 104 square feet thats with the coop and the run.The coop is on a platform so we wouldn't lose the ground space of where the coop sits. The nesting boxes will share the platform next to the coop but with access from the coop instead of being attached to the coop window.
