    Why is my hen crowing?

    I have a Rooster and 4 hens. One of the older hens crow's right along with the Rooster in the morning. Not sure why?

    Thanks Sad though, this means that of the 5 silkkie I got 5 boys. Not one female. Good thing I'm not the gambling type.

    Hi I'm very new to having chickens. I have five Silkkies that are around 7 weeks old. They are growing fast and are very sweet. I'm having a hard time figuring out the sex of the chick's. Maybe you could help me with that.
