    I’m guessing the person I got them from probably left them out in the heat because the chick collapsed at night which wasn’t as bout as day. Maybe I shouldn’t trust people from Craigslist anymore

    I’ve read that your not supposed to put chicks with older hens until they are around same size as hens. Chickens can’t really tell age but they can tell size, when your chickens are close to being bigger and whatnot is when people usually add there new chickens with ones already in your coop...
