    she has grayish legs too..not real yellow. we got the 6 of them from rural king so we were pretty surprised when she started coming in white and the other girls didnt.

    i was thinking shes an easter egger but im not sure. she was mixed in with our calico princesses when we got them, and shes obviously not haha.her eggs have looked like that from the first one.

    i dont mean to jump on your post but i cant figure out what one of my girls is. she lays this egg, she is white and pretty good sized too. if anyone has any idea i would appreciate it so much

    8 out of 9 but i know the white doesnt lay everyday. its 4 or 5 out of 7 days she lays. the rest are pretty much a 100% bet.

    ive got a white chicken that lays cream with white speckles( she was supposed to be a calico princess but mustve hopped the fence) and a midnight maran that lays a brown with speckles

    9 mon 8tues 9 today out of 9 . got 2 huge ones in a row.1 mon 1 tues. gotta be double yolkers. theyre bigger than the 1 double yolker we got awhile back.

    mine try to use up every scrap of daylight lately but when i was "training" them i started telling them its time for bed girls come on.. over and over. now i usually only say it once. they are just now 7 months old.the more you mess with them the better

    we work from home and one of our daughters works for us so shes always out here and knows the girls' routine. shes a lifesaver for sure.

    Finally !! The girls went 9 out of 9 today !! of course its the coldest day weve had.

    What do i use to catch my chickens when they escape

    the day we got our 1st 6 babies i started calling to them (peep peep) and putting food in a cup and shaking it at the same time to train them and now all i have to do is walk outside they know. but food in a cup and shaken should bring any stray runnin.
