It does move around, but I was hesitant to pull it outwards in the case it was a prolapse of some kind. I did soak her in a bath and was able to remove the soft shelled egg. All that remains is the wrinkled mass. She was able to poop normally overnight, so I’m not thinking it’s a prolapse...
