Get or make some electrolytes and dip her beak into them as often as you can every hour today and tomorrow. SaveAChick vitamins and electrolytes are good, and here is a homemade recipe (sugar and salt are the important ingredients):

I ordered some chicks that came this am. I have 1 that is very weak. She isn't chirping and I don't think the can even stand. She will lift her head and open her beak. Any ideas what I can do to help her if anything?
There are green tail feathers but none are fancy. The others that are Roos have already started crowing and shown an interest in the girls.
