    Eggs left cold

    we are on day 19 of hatching our eggs. Recently one on the eggs broke and the mom abandoned the nest for the day. We cleaned it up and put her back on and she's sitting on them and keeping them warm now. However they were left cold when she got of the nest. Will the eggs be okay?

    She's about 8 months. She is having diarrhea which is sort of a green color. She was eating normally yesterday but I can feel today she hasn't eaten.

    My debeaked pullets had a hard time at first with free ranging. But after much practice, they can free range just as well as my other chickens!

    I just noticed my rescue chicken limping. She doesn't have a wound so I am unable to figure out what's wrong. She does have pretty messed up feet because she was a rescue chicken but was never limping. Any ideas??? Thank you

    Vacaville, California, United States. Rescue ranch. They are $10 for 1-5 chickens and $7 for 5-10. They also have a grass valley, California location. Great place. They just got a fresh batch of rescues!!

    Chickens guarding coop

    Lately, my new chickens have been guarding the coop. They aren't broody it just seems like the older flock won't go into the coop anymore. Their egg laying has decreased because of this. Any suggestions?
