    Layer feed??!! Mixed age flock.

Can I feed all flock feed with oyster shells on the side for their whole life even if i have a mixed flock (one pullet 7 weeks older then the other two?)

Layer feed or all flocks for non-mixed flock?

My young pullet and the newer chicks don’t even eat mealworms anymore maybe because I would give them some everyday (mistake on my part) but they refuse to eat it and will now do anything for oats and blueberries including pecking my eye thinking its one lol

Broody or Bust: Can You Handle a Sitting Hen?

How would I break a buff orpingtons broodiness if I only have 2 chickens, I don’t want to separate her or the other chicken might be lonely

    4 week old lavender Orpington

The female can have a red/pink comb before laying, (i know this because my pullet has this) theirs isn’t necessarily bright red, kinda pink but might still be a pullet

    4 week old lavender Orpington

If that’s the case you should be fine, but if they show rooster like behavior, for example; being the top of the pecking order and acting kinda mean

    Orpington gender

I’d just say keep a look out for combs
