    sorry it took me so long to respond, been going all over the place lol. I "have" the footage, but i have 10 hours of it XXDDDD. it would take a while to make somethin watchable lol.

    its set up in a big round metal tank, i have 3 heating pads for them, and a buuuunch of food. they would be fine if they were left for a month. when they are big enough, our neighbor will take the wire lid off the tank and they will be able to eat the grower feed we have for the bigger chickens...

I have a brooder set up with flowing water from a stream and a gravity waterer with hoses coming in and out each end, so the water doesnt freeze, i have heat tape in it. i bought a cheap incubator, and insulated it with rock...

    How is your egg doing? Hope it’s working! Also, not going to be able to try this method for a few months, as we are leaving until may😕. Also, I forgot about that for a week and filled up my incubator XD. I have set up a system to let them into the brooder once they hatch. Good luck!

    Yes, 99-101F is the standard hatch temperature and will provide the best hatch rate in terms of heat.
