Went out after lunch and noticed their inside water bowl was empty and the above mentioned hen was standing by it. I got water and filled it up, she very quickly stepped up and into the water, standing in it, then kind of worked her head down along her breast and stuck her beak in the water...
Well, I havn't been able to take any decent pictures. She started syptoms showing at least this past monday. She is still alive. She has to be getting nourshment at water somehow. Still with the twisted neck and gapping mouth. Somewhat better, but looks painful.
I hatched them all from eggs, 2 hatches one month apart, they've all been raised togother and kept in the same coop and run. Also they were all raised on several weeks of medicated starter.
I watch my chickens fairly close. One day I noticed she was sitting with head pulled it, not moving much, I never catch her eating or drinking, day 2 I put her in a little cage, gave her some veg oil and water in a syringe, she swallowed it. I don't feel any thing in her crop. This is day 4...

Ok, 2 things just to set the record straight. Ok, well 3 things. Whatever lamps you see are just ordinary 60 watt light bulbs. Those lamps are only for my chicks that are not all feathered out quite yet. A heat lamp is much to intense and a danger for my situation. Next, if you look closely...
