I Think It Would Be A Great Idea, Just Keep It Covered In The Winter. I Live In Ga; So It Doesn't Get As Cold. I Used A Tin Shed A Friend Gave Me And They Love It. Plus I Was't Out The Money And I Could Buy More Chickens.............. Times Are Hard So Recycle What You Can....

Only One Foot

I Have A Six Month Old Bo That Has Been Hopping For A While. Not Sure How Long As We Have Alot Of Chickens. My Hubby Says It Was A Birth Defect But She Didn't Do It When We First Got Her 4 Months Ago. My Question Is Will It Affect Her Laying? And Do You Think She Is Suffering?

I have a hen named Fancy, She really belongs to my uncle but she will not get off the eggs,so we put her in with my chickens. They should start laying any day. well she hatched her first chicks and i took them in the house. so she layed more and hatched those now i have 6 babies, I let her...

I don't know if they are gifted ! I'm new too and mine are 7 days old and they fly out of there pen too.
