My girls are 21 weeks....still no eggs! On this thread people keep saying that they don't see any "signs" of their hens laying eggs, so my question what are the signs that show hens might be thinking about laying eggs? I need to know if eggs are in my future!!
My 3 month old Austrolorp, I've just noticed is wheezing. Its not very loud, but when he comes up to be I can hear him, it is like a whistling noise. I am concerned. Is it a sign of Gapeworm? Thanks

I have just gotten two Ameraucan chickens, i think they are both pullets (50 days old) and they just seem so aggressive over food. Every time I stick my hand into the brooder with food in it they peck sooooo hard, and sometimes they draw blood! Is there a way I can, teach them to be more, gentle?
