    My first time doing broilers. They get food free choice from sun up to sundown. I feed them 23% starter and let out to free range. Some times i give them bread also. I belive their strain is Cobb 500. Any thing that i could do or improve on ?

    I am currently raising 100 meat birds and they are now 4 weeks and 3 days. just weighed them and they are 300 to 350 grams under what they should be. i am feeding them on a 23% protein starter feed. what can I do to put more weight on them? Thanks in advance

    A few years back I lost 10 of my Isa Brown hens to a weasel. In one night they were gone. Otherwise now nothing has tried to take any of my chickens for about 10 years but a rat which got 3 of my blue australorp chicks.

    you are right it won't hurt to use it. From what I have heard from other people that use VetRX is that it's a miracle worker when treating chickens for respiratory disease.

    He had bubbles forming at the base of his eye so I am thinking mycoplasma is the cause. would vet Rx help you think?

    how does everyone else divide their eggs when hatching multiple breeds or colours? I have a Janoel 48 incubator to use as a hatcher but have no idea how to split the different colours and breeds I hatch. when they hatch they all look to be identical unless they're placed in there own hatching...
