This is our family dog, Bell. For the last few years she has been living with my ex but when he moved and couldn't bring her she came to live with us, for always. I'm so happy to have her back!!!

Justine, I also have the 55-250 and have found that it takes some pretty good macros. Maybe not the compound eye of a fly, but it's great for close-up portraiture, provided you have enough space to stand away from your subject a bit. The aperture makes it not a great lens for indoors though. So...
I love my Leghorns! I once read a review of them on here that described them as the Jack Russel Terriers of chickens. I used to have a JRT and have to say that fits them perfectly! They are not my chill wander around the yard chickens. They are the ones who test the boundaries of chicken flight...
There is learning involved for sure and I am still learning new things all the time!
Other than online tutorials & the instruction disc that came with it I haven't had any other schoolin' :)
