I've owed German Angora Rabbit's, a friendly, long-haired rabbit that makes a great family pet. Known for its long, very fine and woolen fur. rabbits. I can no longer do the upkeep needed in order to keep good condition so I was to spin there wool right off the cutting table! I never thought I'd be able to state in my FaceBook page that I wanted to retire and in two days of messages and calls, I was able to sell them all in two days and in less than a week they were gone :(
Now I raise 10 NH Reds, 10 Australorps, 10 Pekin Ducks which we've been raising along with a lot of other breed's since 2000. We're also rescued a Ragamese ( Ragdoll / Siaemse) and a Calico from Storyland Theme Park in NH. And lastly, a big lummox of a dog whom we love dearly, Lacy a Great Pyrenees lol!
Our weather goes from 100 where we're at a lost cause it rarely happens to us to a minus 20. There's a piped in fence on the roof of the observatory that when the wind goes up to 100 mph people try to walk around w/o holding anything! And if they can do it, then they earn the right to belong to the 100 MPG club! We're eight miles from the coldest place in the USA, Mount Washington where they had once earned the title of the "World" but lost it just a few years ago.

I joined sometime in the beginning of 2000 to have some help with my micro farm but since I haven't been back to this site in a year +/- they ditched all my info. Hopefully not all my photos!
