thank you i will try to getmore pictures tomorrow as it is too dark now i'll try to get asmany a i can but with them being new they aren't that keen on pictures and company yet a few of the younger are ok but still trying to build trust.

they are not mothe and brood we just recieved a batch off them from a farm that said they arrived from nowhere and weren't theirs so e took them. the farmer himself wasunsure of breeds because the majority of hens around here are rir but these are not lol.

i live in warrington cheshire england and it is along shot but i have 1 roo and 4 game fowl hens to give away for people nearby as i can not afford shipping and can not drive sorry for the inconvenience but i anyoneinterested that may live nearby?

it may have been. i ws told that it woud take some force to cause the injury though and so i'm taking all precautions now thanks everyone. i do have one other question...is theinjury that occured in the hen common? i had a look at the same breed because i have another and this bird has roughly...
i have tried everything to find the breedfor my hens and roo but keep finding that too many breeds look too similar. i Know the pictures are not great but can anyone help or do i need better pic's?

thanks i'll try get some pictures today. the perch has been re-enforced now. i just had a call from the person got the cickens from and he's unsure if he could have caused the injury when he handled it but it still remains a mystery. thank you everyone for the help just really upsetthat it was...
