    Thank you that confirms most of my suspicions. The ones that have me a bit more stumped are the barred since they have the crest feathers and the smallest one even has feathers on her feet. Maybe those were crossed with a polish or silkie?

    If it is fowl pox I would recommend not letting her hatch out anymore chicks. Sadly I had experience with a hen hatching chicks getting fowl pox and she lost all her babies to fowl pox.     As long as you don't crack the egg and leave the egg shell it should be fine. I usually crack eggs for my chickens and then mash up the egg shells for them on the side. Basically just don't give them the whole egg.
