Thank you that confirms most of my suspicions. The ones that have me a bit more stumped are the barred since they have the crest feathers and the smallest one even has feathers on her feet. Maybe those were crossed with a polish or silkie?

As long as you don't crack the egg and leave the egg shell it should be fine. I usually crack eggs for my chickens and then mash up the egg shells for them on the side. Basically just don't give them the whole egg.
As long as she can take care of the tapeworm problem I don't think she should have to cull. Her face will start to clear up after a while as long as she's being given food and water she should make it.
