I agree, this nasty bird has earned his reward! When I got chicks 2 years ago I was determined that my rooster would not be mean. From the time he was tiny, everytime I went in the coop I would pick him up, carry him around & talk to him the whole time I was in the coop. Now he eyes everyone...
Just a little intro.... my husband&I have been married for 32 years... we have 8 children. We have had chickens off&on for about 25 years. Right now we have 18 hen's & one rooster....a mix of Rhode Island Reds & Barred Rocks. I just like having chickens...& an added bonus is fresh eggs everyday...
