    Missing feather!

    Help my chickens are pulling each others feather out!!! We have 3 hens and recently they are ALL missing chunks of feathers. Two is missing them in the tail and right above where the tail is and the other is missing them under her wings. They all have bald spots and there are no feathers laying...
