Yes, a better pic of the blues comb would help.Right now I am thinking they are both Roos but can´t tell that well from the picture.And remember- the only for sure way to tell if it is a Rooster or a pullet is to hear it crow or lay an egg! I will keep my fingers crossed for you!Good Luck!

Yes, it is quite early to tell the gender of your chick but, it does look like a pullet.I do agree though, it does not look like a pure RIR.
