    All brown cuz my olive eggers that have started laying are laying brown eggs instead of olive 😭😭

    Mine from this year all started laying between 17-23 weeks. I bet she will start soon! She looks about ready!

    She came from Rural King which is also Hoover Hatchery I believe.

    pretty much like a barred rock with a lot of white. This one particularly 🤔 I still can’t really tell the difference between cuckoo marans and barred rocks, but several of them seem much more “skittish” than others, which fits the personality of a maran according to what I’ve read. But who knows...
