    Thank you...I decided to try tonight while they are still on the enclosed porch, plus it is a little warmer. They seemed to settle down sooner and I went out to check on them a few minutes ago and they are snoozing. This is the first time I had chicks so I guess I worry too much.

    Rooster?

    5 week old, Brown Leghorn, "he" is the runt but the boldest. Here are 2 pictures. The crown looks to be a little pinkish. Regardless, this is my favorite.
