    I am sorry for your loss. I can see why it is a blessing, it really is hard to see them suffer, especially when you can't do anything to help them. At least, you were able to offer her a safe and quite place to stay, that must of comforted her.

    Oh no, poor little thing. I didn't put mine in a sling. But, I do find slings helping especially when they can't stand or walk. I do recommend putting her on a sling now that you know her foot is broken. And putting some food in front of her so she can eat when she wants. I hope she gets better soon

    Sorry, I just saw your message. She still has her foot slightly swollen not too much like in the pictures, honestly I haven't had much time to fix the issue completely. So, I can't tell you much but soaking her foot would help a little to reduce the inflammation.

    I see, thank you for letting me know. I kind of don't want to isolate her as she is the female lead. I notice that once the female lead isn't there for a while, the rest of the flock starts to figure out how who will be the leader next.
