    Legal. But roosters are not allowed. If one has a rooster, the fine is $500, plus removal of ALL the hens as well. Harsh. So, please send good vibes that all my little ones (6 chicks) were correctly sexed! Luckily, there is a lady who accepts roosters in a nearby rural area that allows roosters.
