My female Button quaI having feather plucked while mating
Good afternoon or morning My female button quails feathers are being plucked during mating with my male. I feel I should separate them until they grow back a little or all together. Is there anything anyone would recommend besides separating them? I will post up pictures if needed- chii20

Oh wow thank you very much I have had them for about a month now. They are going on 8 months old. I have three. Two hens and one male tho the male seem to be more aggressive with the other hen. The tank doesn't have a lot of stuff in it. I'll post up some pics. They often move the eggs around... -

My hens started laying. I got 3 eggs I notice they don't lay on them. Is it safe to assume that won't ever happen and these eggs won't hatch? First time with button quails -

Lol well when he had another male with him he didn't do that. And now that he has two females it seems like he loves to pew and growl randomly He was so quiet before. -
