We are a first time chicken owner family of 5. We started off with 6 chicks and 1 turned out to be a roo so he had to be relocated. So we have our 5 girls which we think are 1 barred rock, 1 leghorn, 1 easter egger, 1 rhode island red and 1 cochin. They are still young and we are very inexperienced, so we are looking forward to getting some knowledge from you all. New update, we got 3 new chicks since we will be making the coop and run much larger than we initially thought.
