  1. Stewpot is another Big R chick (2013). I have no idea what it is. I'm guessing at hen. Stewpot is the loudest, most obnoxious chicken I have, hence the name Stewpot. She darn near met her end long before maturity. I finally decided that in order to prevent getting this type of chicken again, I would need to know with certainty WHAT KIND of chicken she is. She has turned into one of my hubby's favorites. Still talks constantly. Follows us around constantly. Doesn't seem to have any friends but can frequently be found getting into trouble with Madison....

  2. Madison is a Splash something. She seems to have a slight muff but other than that I have no idea what kind of chicken she is. Very intelligent, not noisy and likes to know what I'm doing most of the time. She can be a little bossy at times.

    What kind/color of chicken is this? I have one that is extremely similar. I have yet to figure out more than 'it's probably a brahma'. I got this chick with a mix of 7 other babies at the local Big R hardware store this last spring. They didn't know what it was either. Any help with this would...
