    75 watt too much for water heater

    There are Many heated Waterers out there Made Specifically for CHICKENS! However, I got one, used it last Winter and this year it FROZE up Completely! It cost over $50..I'm willing to pay if it will Actually Prevent Freezing! Any good Suggestions?
