    That's not a Pea Comb, looks like a modified double comb. I got that type of comb now and then from crossing Single and Rose Comb. That chick has a Rose Comb breed or two in it's not to distant background. Chris

    Citrus is fine as a treat. As far as acidity go's, depending on the type of citrus it would be no different than some people adding vinegar to the water every day. The problem is when people offer a lot of low pH (high acid) food into there poultry diet weather it be citrus, vinegar etc. Chris

    If the only food source your birds get is there commercial poultry feed you don't need grit, it is only needed it you feed grains, greens, scraps or they free range.

    They should be a soft feather breed but check with your show secretary. Most hard feather breeds are "game" type fowl. Chris
