Married 15 years, all totaled 4 kids all grown up..... Have been raising chickens bout 3 years, started with Tetra tens? Got 6, last one, Hannibal died in August- she had her name for good reason.... Decided to expand flock, and of the 16 started with ( 2 ended up as Roos) we have 1 Orpington, 2 Jesrseys, 2 Rocks, 2 Silverlace and one Brahma. All survived Hurricane Matthew despite tree falling on coop! Poor Hanibals coop did have tree fall on it- she got out and in middle of hurricane we got her poor soaked shaken self into warm dry pen/coop we had for older peeps that still needed to get bigger before joining flock- Coop built for 6-8 hens and we have a 10 ft by 15ft run attached to coop so they are VERY happy girls
