    This is a great article. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the recommendation of Blu-Kote. It is a highly toxic chemical and it is recommended once used egg withdrawal should be forever as the chemical never clears the chickens body and is present in all eggs from that point...

    I feed my birds a well balanced diet of multiple(3) brand feeds. They also eat from my home grown garden. Greens, spinach, lettuce, squash and on hot days melons and berries. I do give BSF on a daily basis, they get a cup between 21 hens.

    I have a tube feeder. And I have fed Emeraid IC Omnivore supplement in the past to my other bird. But this bag of supplement is expired. So I can make the mix of egg, yogurt and anything else….
