Got these chicks from tractor supply a couple months ago and cannot remember what they are. The red is a RIR and the other two are the ones in question. Also not sure if they are roos or hens?
A little big of everything, my main birds are silkie, comets, easter egger, ameracauna, olive egger, and a few other barnyard mixes so it's hard to tell what's what. Some have 5 toes, green legs, slate blue legs, black/blue flesh like silkies, some don't.
Oh my lol, well I was given fertile eggs and don't really know the breeds. She had several she gave me, EE, OE, and just a mix of barnyard bird eggs. I know she has a silkie roo, a polish, a few rhode island red, Ameraucanas, and probably others I'm forgetting 🤣 guess I'll be waiting till I can...
Not sure if you ever figured it out for your girl but here is mine, not sure either but they look very similar. She's hasn't laid yet and she's about 7 months old. Was told possible buff orpington mix by a couple people in another thread
Curious what she is?!? Was told she's a cross, but obviously wasn't told what she was crossed with lol. Pretty much just a barnyard mix but she has not laid eggs yet and I'm really curious what color eggs she will lay lol! I k ow she's close cause she's squatting and practice lays by goin in...
I would think having them dna tested would be fool proof?!? Lol at least you would hope so. How much was it or what site did you use? I might just do that cause if your still unsure at 13 weeks my patience won't let me go that long without knowing lol
3-4 week old Tolbunts, never had these before and curious if the colors can possibly determine sex? One is definitely not like the other two in regards to their coloring in the first pic.
This is a hen about 7 months old. I don't recall what the seller said she was but I know she's bantam size. Very small. Also what color eggs should I expect from her?
