    After a bad start with out flock and loosing 3 chickens , which only left us with 4. Today we found 2 eggs in the nesting box. Our first pair of silkie eggs , very small eggs. lol! These are extra large eggs from the supermarket next to our 2 silkie eggs.

    Thankyou. We have used BYC a lot since we join up and have found out much about chickens and their behavior. BYC has been a great help in supplying information about what was affecting our flock and remedies to help them. We can't thank the members that supplied help and support.

    Well I have some sad news and some good news. We lost Ethel and had to replace her with Angel a white Silkie. We have also coated the Coop with Weather Protection Varnish and an Aussie flag. lol! The new flock 3 White and 3 Grey. An Aussie Home. So hopefully all is going to go well...

    God dam some of these Coops are not just chicken coops they are mansions. Two story with from doors and well just to far out! We just got a flat-pack online and put it together.
