Quailcartons.com I use their pulp cartons for my XL 18 count eggs sales, and those Amazon plastic containers for the standard size eggs. Won’t work for the big double yolkers, but will for majority of the jumbo Coturnix eggs.

Before culling chickens for the pot, should you finish them with a different feed or just continue with a layer?

I raise a couple hundred quail for egg production and use a 40 soft white light in the enclosure that turns on when the sun goes down and turns off around midnight. They don’t need much, but it will make a big difference. It will take about two weeks from the point where you add light for them...
