    This chicken is perfect nowadays. No more problems. I couldn’t tell by looking that she ever had a problem.

    No. She gets up and out some days and does everything she did before. Then goes back to her favorite place, in the pine shavings filled wheelbarrow to spend the day. I move her around the yard if she doesn’t get out on her own so she can be with the others etc

    I can’t get the video of my chicken, just about 7 months old, but she is keeping mostly to herself. She likes to stay in wheelbarrow, she wants olive oil, which I’ve given in cucumber slices. She is not laying, she “rolls her head around from one side to another to facing another direction...

    When to start feeding layer feed?

    Thank you so much. I am gaining knowledge and understanding which is very welcomed. I believe I finally understand how to continue feeding my non-layers until all are by laying. Oyster shells will be available, as well as grit (hopefully in separate hanging bird feeders) until all are laying.
