My bantam roo suddenly starting acting sick today. He was fine this morning crowing his little head off and keeping watch of the girls. We worked in the yard all day and he was fine. After dinner he hunkered down, eyes closed and fell off his perch. I am going to start with electrolyte and hope...
She had lots of normal poos without incident so she is back outside with her friends. As soon as we got out the door they came running to welcome her back. Took the time to put a new band on her and have some one on one snuggles. Thanks for the info you and this site are awesome.

Congrats to you too! All the little ladies we got as day old chicks this spring should be laying lots of eggs soon.
Doing the happy dance all around my coop.
I am fairly new to this so my help may not be the best but here goes..
Can you get into the run? Go in after dark and put them in to coop and keep them in there most of the day. My birds are very observant and cautious when it comes to new things. Yours may be afraid of the new coop. If they...
