The little silkie mix on the right had splayed legs after hatching, I took a bandaid, cut in half and taped the legs at a proper distance. This did not hinder this chick whats-so-ever. After a week I carefully removed the bandaid and the little one, we call Forrest, is doing wonderfully. I am not sure what the mix is, I know the roo is a white silkie, time hopefully will tell as develops.

Silkie/Polish Mix Gender Help!!!
This is a new little silkie/golden laced polish mix, not knowing a gender yet either,thinking a girl, that is her daddy in the background. She is 2 months old.- ClnMry

Fat chicken trouble walking
I had them out foraging all weekend and will continue to do so, during the week they are still in a brooder pen, working on a new area for them as our houses are full. Hoping to get them into an area with room to forage daily... I am making them work for their food and hoping that will help!- ClnMry

Thank you so much for the information. Sadly I nor TSC knows if they are pure bred cornish or not, I will assume not. They also had no information, they got them in for Easter, I bought the rest of the lot the day after Easter, I have never had them and if I had known I would not have gotten...- ClnMry
