White Leghorn hens have vocal cords unlike any other. My coop sounds like a jungle in the morning during egg hours. Because their sound is more like a jungle bird than a chicken crackling. "WAH AH AH AH AH AH AH"
Most of the tannins and caffeine have been removed from steeping and spent tea leaves are then just extra vegetable matter. You have water extracted most of the caffeine, theobromine etc which is what I would be worried about causing problems for chickens. I feed spent tea leaves to my chickens...

I keep a duckwing araucana rooster and for hens... Columbian cross, RIR, white Leghorn, red cross, red star and black star hens. I added the Araucana and this is the first one I got from him not sure which breed hen the egg came from just wanted to share the photo and see if anyone had an idea...
