    I would keep it in the cleanest place either the incubator or brooder. it can't hurt to keep it in the incubator for a day longer. In my experiences I have just then left the chicks alone, eventually it will scab and heal.

    from my experiences with hatching chicks this will heal up just fine. just make sure it doesn't infected.
